Pen and Pencil Refills

Pens Pencils

Euro Twist and Slimline pens take the Cross refill (available from Staples or other stationary stores).

1. Gently but firmly pull pen apart. Pen will separate in the middle.

2. Unscrew Cross refill to replace.

Most pens are "grain matched" so if you can align the grain pattern when re-assembling your pen it will have a better appearance.

Fountain Pens take a Waterman refill - also available at Staples or most stationary stores. Simply unscrew the nib from the pen and and plug in the refill :-)

Click pencils take a .5 mm lead refill - available at Staples or most stationary stores.

1. Pull off the top cap.

2. Remove the eraser and pour in your refills.

Tip: to retract the pencil lead when you're not writing with it, click the top part as if you're extending the lead and hold it down, then push against the lead and it will slide back into the barrel. I learned this by chance on the Internet and was happy to find that it's no longer necessary to snap the ends off if they were extended too far. DOH :-)
